Little Havens is a children's hospice based in Thundersley, Essex. They care for children and young people who has a life-limiting or life-threatening condition as well as their families by offering planned respite stays, managing symptoms, for example controlling pain and adjusting medications and caring for children at the end of their lives.
To have been commissioned to photograph families, staff and volunteers for Little Havens has been such a privilege for me.
Havens Hospices are a charity and rely on donations

The J's Hospice is now part of Haven's Hospices and cares for young adults (16-40) with life limiting and life threatening conditions and their families across Essex.
I went along to photograph on the Inspire! sessions in Danbury. Inspire! is a monthly social group for patients to meet like minded people with lots of activities and themed events.
On Monday 8th October the first official dig took place for a new Fair Havens Hospice during a ‘Turning of the Sod’ ceremony at the new site in Priory Crescent, Southend.
